Today's blog post is still continuing "Island Life" series which I try so hard to finish. Damn you too much data! Ops, no, just kidding, honestly I love having too many memories recorded as photos from my Bangka Island trip. But yeah, let's face it, I need times to sort them all as blog post. Hehee. What an excuse!

So today, I wanna show you the city of Pangkalpinang. If you happen to visit Bangka Island and only have small amount of time, I highly recommend you to visit Wilhelmina Park. Especially if you're a type of person who like me when visiting place have to do:

And Wilhelmina Park is the right place to fulfill them all. I can do workout, do outfit shoot (as you can see here, beautiful isn't it?), and eat a lot of snacks. This city park is clean, neat, and people friendly because a lot of locals love to spend time around here. As a people who rarely see city park in Jogja (sad) I love to be here. Hehee.

Wilhelmina park is a large park which divided into certain areas like wifi corner, a mini theater, a small river, a large empty ground, and not to forget many leafy seated area. It's so easy to get there especially when you stay in the area of Pangkalpinang. So I highly recommend this place!

Blog post hari ini masih melanjutkan seri "Island Life" yang sedang ku coba untuk selesaikan. Damn you too much data! Gak ding, aku seneng kok punya banyak foto kenangan tentang Pulau Bangka. Tapi ya gitu deh, untuk melanjutkan blog post-nya memang harus bersabar karena cukup memakan waktu. Hehee. Alesan!

Kali ini, aku mau mengajak kalian berkeliling di kota Pangkalpinang. Jika kalian berkesempatan untuk mengunjungi Pulau Bangka, dan dalam waktu singkat, Wilhelmina Park ini pas banget untuk jadi salah satu destinasinya. Apalagi kalau kalian seperti aku yang merupakan tipe orang yang ketika berkunjung ke suatu tempat harus:

Nah, Wilhelmina Park ini memenuhi kriteria di atas. Jadi aku bisa parkouran, foto outfit (seperti yang kalian lihat saat ini), dan makan jajanan khas Bangka/Sumatera. Taman kota ini bersih, rapih, dan memang sering jadi tempat nongkrong untuk warga di sekitar sini. Sebagai orang yang jarang lihat taman kota se-OKE ini di Jogja, aku seneng banget lah yaa. Hehee.

Wilhelmina Park juga cukup luas dan dibagi beberapa blok taman yang semuanya dapat kalian manfaatkan. Ada pojok wifi, ada panggung mini, ada sungai kecil yang mengalir, ada lapangan luas di tengah, dan tentu aja banyak lokasi rindang untuk duduk bersantai. Untuk menuju ke Wilhelmina Park juga gampang banget apalagi kalau penginapan kalian di area kota Pangkalpinang. Jadi aku sangat-sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini!

Life has been pretty busy lately. Not gonna complain though, because I love being busy in thing that I love doing. Well, who doesn't, huh? Thing is, in order to be able to do all things in a click, I need to cut half of my sleeping time. Not an easy task at first, but yaiiiy, it's already a habit right now. Don't ask me how many I got to sleep, my eye-bags tell them already. LOL.

Honestly, this was an accidental outfit shots. I wasn't planning to get this shoot done, in fact I was doing another project, and saw many "free time", my inner blogger self told me to pose and taraaaaaaaa these are the results of my narcissism that day. LOL. No fancy outfit nor shoes. The project was about adventurous, and this is what I got on my mind first, thoughts? Hope everyone has a good weekend ahead! I should really get some sleep while I still can, now!

Hello from my hometown! Yes, I'm currently spending 'me time' by visiting my parent's home a.k.a my hometown a.k.a my lovely town Magelang. And guess what, it has been raining non stop today since 3 AM, and yet it's 12 PM now, and still looks cloudy and wet outside. Maybe it's how the town greets me. LOL. I love raining days and all the cloudy weather offered. I don't mind tho, spending the day wrapped up in the blanket, sipping hot milk, snacking donuts and overlooking through my laptop. Hmm sounds perfect to be 'me time' actually. I really am writing this entry in pajama and lazy chair; in the middle of the day? Why not, it's weekend tho! Hahahaaa.

On the other hand, these photos are far away from the freezing weather I just described above. Truth is, it was really hot day. It was a rush, everything was decided in the last minute. Me and boyfie were talking about our lust of having picnic again, and then one thing led to another we forgot this conversation. Until the next day, in the early morning, after having the conversation, we suddenly remembered and like crazy people decided to go hiking (is it count as hiking if we only down the hill?). Long story short, we packed, packed, packed, cooked, cooked, cooked, and then he picked me up and we were ready to go. We went to Kali Kuning, Cangkringan, Yogyakarta. It was my first time there (pathetic, I know, considering I've been living in the region for 8 years.) and we got there, I was in such a WOW. The view is breathtakingly beautiful; the calmness environment, the freshness air, the cleanness water and the gentle breeze blowing. The only minus there is the existence of trash. There are lots of trash there :( How could be the human is so uncivil to just put the trash in the nature. If you can't find any trash can, just bring your trash with you until you find one. How hard is that be? I'm sorry for being resentful here, I just can't help it, when it comes to ignorance people. They should just live in the box, not on earth.

Nevertheless, Kali Kuning is worth to visit, and please don't leave anymore trash there.

P.S on the last photo, I already got wet because I accidentaly landed on the slippery stone. But instead of regretting my wet shoes, I took the opportunity to take photos with shoes inside the water. Hahahaa. Not a necessary story, but yeah whatever :p

I spent the second day of my Bangka trip by visiting Hutan Pelawan (Pelawan Forest) and Ardal Beach (which I will reveal soon after this post! *finger crossed*). Both places are located far from other, so I only got chance to visit two places that day. Not bad though, remembering I only able to visit a place in a day later. Blame the work in the middle of holidays. LOL.

Hutan Pelawan is located in Namang district, Central Bangka. Hutan Pelawan is famous of its Pelawan trees conservation. As you can see from photo below (me posing with a tree), that's what people called as Pelawan tree. Hutan Pelawan is a total mini wild forest for me; except there is a good pathway around the area and minus wild animals. Hahaa. Trees grow in all over the area and not only Pelawan trees, cover most of the place. Birds chirp everywhere, and if you lucky enough like me that day, you can see the rare red bird (I don't know the name, sorry!) and reptiles pass by. Hutan Pelawan also has some small bungalows to be rest area in some points of the forest and open for public for free. So you can take some rest after a long walk. But don't expect any luxury; because hey, they're inside the forest after all :p

Ohh please excuse my puffy eyes. I didn't get enough sleep the night before, not my first time though. Looks like my biological time is so messed up lately. Lack of sleep even though I'm tired as hell, but still I don't get to sleep until around midnight. Not sure what happens, because I still am doing my regular activities. Same amounts as my usual. Uhh, I hate when I can't sleep at night. Any of you having the same problem? Or used to it? Please let me know your tips/tricks which may help me!

Today's outfit is just another my basic outfit. Pulling out my Nike sneakers (to matchy-match with my bolero) which I abandoned for a while now. Hahaa. Super sorry Nike! Anyway, don't you notice my hair is growing fast (and I need to dye them super soon)! Should I chop it off again? Or keep it grows? Too many questions to be asked. LOL. My very first blog post with new short hair! Yaiiyynesss!

Back to the reality. Tomorrow is working day again (ouch, no!!!!) Luckily, I spent my day off to the fullest. Just got back from Museum Gunung Merapi (Merapi Museum Center) with my Univ mate, Mr. Fredy. So happy after long time of not seeing him, finally we reunited again (in the museum like seriously? :p). And of course he helped me taking these bunch of photos. Surprise, surprise! I finally have a guts to pose in front of other than my boyfie. Hahahaaa. Such an improvement, no? (even if I'm still looking like an amateur. LOL) :p

The museum was very packed when we arrived. Well, it's public holiday after all. But thank God, we're still able to shoot some clean images with no significant distraction. Not to mention the weather was quite friendly; that's why I only worn my light sweater and patched jeans (I'm addictive to patched jeans right now! New trend after ripped jeans I guess!). Ahh it's 12 AM now, I should stop my mumbling and probably go to bed; tomorrow is awaiting! :D Hope you guys have a wonderful day!

I've been living in Yogyakarta for seven years now, but sadly, I never explore the city much. Well, I did explore, but never took the proper images of me plus the beauty of the city. So today, in the middle of finding new nest for me, I told my friend (Mr. Imam who help me taking these photos also! A big fat thanks!!) to take me to Pulau Cemeti, Yogyakarta. I've been there for million times, but as I said I never took proper images there. Okay, shame on me, I know! Thus, with a strong will at the bottom of my heart, I encourage myself to take some snaps even though the rain drops right after we arrived. Eeeeeeekkkk!

Today is kind of gloomy but sunny day at the same time. That's why I chose to wear light blazer and short sleeves polo. The dotted pattern makes whole outfit looks playful, and the sneakers makes it feels energizer. Don't you think so? :) And because I know it will be long day trip (well, finding the perfect nest is never easy, no?), I worn my jeans instead of skirt (even if I was dying to wear it! LOL).

I hope you guys have a great time! Now I'm gonna find my dinner. Been starving of something oily and spicy and hot. Hahahaa. I know, it sounds gross, but it's weekend people! I can get anything I want to! LOL.
