I was currently missing my holidays, and at a sudden, I found a folder that supposed to be posted MONTHS ago, which I didn't. Blame my always unorganized self when it comes to naming folders and accumulating related photos on laptop #BloggerProblem These photos are just too beautiful, so it would be unfair if I just abandoned them and let them getting old without people even noticed. Looking back, these photos were taken 9 months ago in Bangka Island. Do you guys remember my Bangka trip? If you don't, just click here, here, here and here for the gorgeous beaches photos! Or here for the typically tropical trip at forest, or here for the panorama photos. Okay sharing those ones all over again is not easy, because I'm missing them more right now, and realizing there are so much more that I haven't explored in Bangka Island (well, hello, exploring all of them in less than a week is a credit itself, tho) These photos itself taken at the heart of the capital city of Bangka Island, Pangkalpinang. Really recommended if you want to have a non-beachy-touristy photo -look at all of those monuments and city signs ;)
I reach out that point in my life where spending a peaceful evening with your loved ones is more precious than gathered with whole lot of people -drinking, eating, singing and doing all the noisy stuffs. It's way more intimate to just talking face to face, seeing through their eyes directly and feeling so deeply in love with them. There is no better way knowing people without diminishing the distractions by limiting the number of people around.
I used to celebrate my birthday with close friends, five friends in minimum, and yeah we were doing all the noisy stuffs, and I was happy that time. But as time goes by, I redeploy my habits into simpler piece. As few years back, I celebrated my main birthday in cafe, and years after that I found myself always find interesting yet quiet place as I recall personal to celebrate my birthday. This year, I chose to celebrate my birthday in the beach, you might called picnic party with my boyfriend. Yes, we cooked our meals (delicious and junk foods for the weekend, yaiiy!), and got some shoots done. As for the beach, we chose Glagah beach which located around two hours and a half by road tripping from the place we live in. The beach is okay I guess. It's calm enough to bring the romantic sense, but it's just a little bit humid that day for my sense, so in order to get fresher wind I got to ensconce under the trees the whole time. Not a matter though, since I could take a nap for the whole noon before hitting the beach :p and surprisingly, I'm happy just by doing simple celebration like that. Well, maturity is just about to begin I guess ;)

Summer is definitely getting longer (and hotter) every year. Living in tropical country, and especially in lowland city surrounded by sea, Yogyakarta, is giving the hot wave stronger. I even feel melting even though I already am hiding inside the dorm. All I want to do is being naked and sleeping on the floor which those can't be happening, so I'm depending my life on my tiny old fan. LOL. But good news is, I can take lots of photos without worrying about low light environment. See, there is always silver lining in every misery. Just don't ever EVER forget to put sunblock before going out; man, I just had birthday picnic few days ago near the beach, and I stupidly forgot applying sunblock, and heck, now my exposed skin is getting darker than the covered one. It even marks the line! Lucky I just discovered the burns after touched home, so I was able to enjoy my picnic party *smirk* Yes, it's now us versus the UV A and UV B.

Happy birthday me!!! This is my happy look facing the birthday today. Couldn't be happier knowing that I still get the chance to celebrate my birthday again, today. As life brings so many surprises in its ups and downs, being perfectly alive is more than a blessing, especially I get to live in my dreams, again, this year. Yes, my kind of dreamy life may not as perfectly easy as I thought it would be. But as people said, nothing worth comes easy. And I was ready to struggle in the life that I always dreamed of since the day one. And I'm glad, I make it. No regrets at all. Living the life you always dreamed of is always worth trying even just for one day, than living as a robotic human for years.

Sooooooo I couldn't be more excited to have few days off from work and start my holidays. Yaaaiiyyy! This is gonna be my last post before I'm taking off tomorrow. But worry not, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna bring lots of pictures from my holidays. This time, I might entitled the trip as family holidays. Yep, my parents and two brothers. It might be the only time when my whole family can be gathered and has a trip together. As all of us live in different city with super crazy busy schedules, this time of the year is the most precious time for me. And I'm glad, we still manage to continue the tradition for seeing grandma's home in out of town every year after Ramadhan. Dear East Java, we're coming! =D
While I'm packing for my stuff, I'm wholeheartedly updating my blog #BloggerDuties lol. Actually, I have this Batik top for few years now, but just realized I never posted such a look with this top. To be honest, this one is from boyfriend, and I'm quite impressed with his taste. Hahaa. And yes, I'm still hat person, so please bear with my new habit. Let me know what do you think and hope you guys have amazing weeks ahead! =)
